Culturon® PAC Cell Culture inserts are manufactured from high-quality polystyrene (PS) and are compatible with standard multiwell plate formats and cell culture workflows. Inserts incorporate permeable membranes that support the growth of cell layers while enabling controlled transport of molecules between compartments. Multiple membrane polymers (e.g. PET or polycarbonate) and pore sizes are available to support a wide range of biological applications including epithelial barrier models, migration assays and co-culture systems.
