Culturon® PAC Petri dishes provide a stable and versatile platform for presenting
immobilised biomolecules on cell culture substrates. The plasma-activated coating
enables direct covalent attachment of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, growth
factors and other biomolecules onto standard polystyrene dishes without the need
for chemical crosslinkers or activation chemistry.

This allows researchers to create well-defined and reproducible bio-instructive
surfaces that support controlled studies of cell adhesion, proliferation and
differentiation.

PAC-treated dishes enable robust and stable surface functionalisation while
maintaining compatibility with standard cell culture workflows and laboratory
equipment. These surfaces provide a powerful tool for investigating cell–surface
interactions and developing advanced cell culture systems.
